The readability analysis of texts of all kinds is the subject of many different sciences such as media studies, literary studies or linguistics. Authors can analyse their own publications, media scientists the texts of newspapers or news on radio or television. Literary scholars find differences in novels, novellas or poems.

TextQuest/ReFo has implemented appropriate readability formulas for many applications, which are selected atomatically according to language, text type and readership - a unique feature of TextQuest/ReFo. Texts of any size can be analysed with TextQuest/ReFo, either in their entirety or paragraph by paragraph.

After the analysis, you can display sentences that are too long or words that are too long, edit them immediately and then see what effect this has on the values of the readability formulas. Since each paragraph is analysed individually, you can see immediately which paragraph needs revision.

The results can be copied from the clipboard and processed further from there.
